One of the approaches to cope with problems that older people can encounter is to create a home environment able to support them in their daily life. This also means helping them in maintaining their social connections. Therefore, access to the Web and to (WB2.0 – social web), to convergent communication and to digital audio-visual systems is of paramount importance.
